The Wild & Kind Rescue Unit is a portable, temperature-controlled system designed to support the safe rescue, transport, and short term care of Australian native wildlife.
Created with both functionality and animal welfare in mind, this unit provides a controlled, stable environment to help maintain appropriate body temperature during critical moments of rescue. It is suitable for use in vehicles (12V) or with standard household power (240V), offering flexibility for field and at-home care.
The unit is designed to be lightweight, collapsable, and easy to operate, making it ideal for wildlife carers, rescuers, and members of the public assisting injured or vulnerable animals.
By providing gentle, consistent warmth and a secure space, the Wild & Kind rescue unit helps reduce stress and supports better outcomes for native wildlife during transport and initial care.
