Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been dispatched.
Why isn't my tracking number showing anything yet?
Tracking may not appear immediately after your shipping label is created. Australia Post generally needs to scan the parcel into its network before the first tracking event becomes available.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the Australia Post delivery network. Regional and remote destinations may take a little longer than metropolitan areas. Once your parcel is moving, tracking will provide the best indication of its progress.
My parcel hasn't moved for a while. What should I do?
Occasionally tracking may remain unchanged between scans. If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number and we'll be happy to assist.
